Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding was born Elena Jane Goulding in Hereford on the 30th of December 1986. Ellie Goulding dominated the UK charts in 2010 with her catchy electronic pop tracks "Starry Eyed" and Guns and Horses. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding has an unique soprano voice and has a talent for writing emotional songs with uplifting lyrics. Similar to her peers Kate Bush or Imogen, she is at forefront of modern mainstream pop and arty independent music. Polydor Records offered her a deal as major label. She started to plan for the release.
