Annmarie Fairweather has been the HR Chief for Learning Ally since 2008. She manages our entire practices for people, management of people along with Talent Management and Culture Development. Annmarie Fairweather is a Human Resources Leader with over 30 years of experience. She worked with top executives in different industries to improve business performance, specifically when growth is rapid. As a consultant in translating business and human strategies into goals and strategic objectives for enterprises and plans has included planning for organizational and performance along with employee engagement as well as changes in management. Infatuated by management, she believes that the development of teams and their learning being the key to competitive advantage. With her broad experience of working with Fortune 500 as well as mid-sized and small companies to develop and coach leaders and achieve result, she was able to help create organizations that embrace changing and learning. Annmarie devotes her time and energy in the field of Learning Ally, but she is also involved in several different non-profit organisations. Annmarie has been a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is a committee that aims to help women develop as leaders. She also provides training for members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America. The Hospitality Healthcare Network is a professional association that has a mission of providing the opportunity for networking and advocacy to hospitals that provide hospitality services.
