Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. Following her decision to quit gymnastics She began competing in fitness shows when she was 16 years old. She won her Pro Card just one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. Following her decision to quit gymnastics She began competing in fitness shows at the age of 16. She won her Professional Card only one year later and was 17. She became one of the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel left the stage for 6 years in order to finish her college. In 2015 continued previous performances, in which she took part in elite competitions such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first appearance, she continued competing throughout her career and setting higher goals each year. At the close of 2009, she was awarded four additional health titles. In addition, the year 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros in history. Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take six years off from competition when she earned her pro-card in order to complete her university education. She made a comeback in the month of October, 2015 when she made her debut IFBB Fitness Pro at The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She was 3rd overall at the event. In the summer of 2016 she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified for the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she appeared on the stage at the Olympia and took 6th place for her Fitness Division. Ariel was elated to have placed 6th within the fitness division despite having zero expectations. It's no surprise that she did so well considering the competition. Ariel constantly improving her body. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. It consists of bent-over rows, lat-pull-downs using a single arm on a pull-up machine as well as sitting rows. Warming up is usually done before the exercise. Ariel uses her time efficiently. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings on all of her exercises in the back. This is usually three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
